Why I created this practice
The number one thing I hear from people in my world is that they want to feel the angels with them, by their side, throughout their day.
Many people feel some connection during meditation or other spiritual practices — but then we also have to live and move through everyday life. That's when it can feel harder to maintain that connection with the divine.
This practice was created to help elevate your energy and attune your frequency to the frequency of the angels.
The angels are here to guide you and to be with you. But the challenge people often come to me with is not feeling their presence, not knowing they're there, not trusting that they're there — and slipping into ego patterns instead.
I wanted to give this practice to you as a daily tool for your spiritual journey, one you can use regardless of what you're doing.

How to use it

It doesn't matter when or how you do it — the most important thing is that you do it, that it becomes a daily ritual for you, so you can elevate your energy and attune yourself to the frequency of the angels.

The more you practice this as a consistent routine, the more your default energy, your default vibration, elevates — and it becomes easier to bridge the gap in your connection with the angels.
You'll start to feel their presence more often. You'll see things from a higher perspective more often, rather than from an ego or limited point of view.
